My Journey in Real Estate

My journey in real estate began over 15 years ago and has taken me through every corner of the industry. From the very beginning, I was drawn to the fast pace, the people, and the genuine impact that property can have on someone’s life.

I’ve done just about every job possible in real estate, starting in property management, where I developed a strong eye for detail and a deep respect for the responsibilities that come with managing homes and relationships. From there, I worked as a personal assistant to the owner of a successful Real Estate Agency, learning the importance of behind-the-scenes coordination and client care. My next step was into sales, where I honed my negotiation skills and learned how to match people with places that truly suit their lifestyle.

Most recently, I owned and operated a luxury holiday letting business, where I successfully managed over 130 high-end holiday rentals across the Northern Rivers. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of premium property standards and the expectations of discerning clients. I worked closely with property owners, high-net-worth guests, and a wide network of service providers to deliver seamless, five-star experiences at every stage, from bookings and property presentation to guest satisfaction and ongoing maintenance. Managing this portfolio sharpened my ability to handle complex logistics, navigate high-stakes situations, and deliver exceptional results with professionalism and care. It also strengthened my negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to build long-lasting, trusted relationships. These qualities now form the foundation of the personalised, high-level service I bring to my work as a buyer’s agent—helping clients secure properties with confidence and ease.
